RUPOL® – Solderable Enamelled Copper Wire. This universal standard enables the finest windings with stable processes and short cycle times. Direct solderability without prior stripping reduces manufacturing steps and effectively reduces the risk of defects.

RUPOL® is the universal standard according to DIN EN 6317-ff. for fine windings and litz wires in small transformers, relays, motors, and electronic assemblies. The combination of high-purity copper and temperature-resistant, solderable enamel insulation enables stable winding processes, short cycle times, and reproducible electrical values. RUPOL® can be soldered directly without prior stripping – reducing process steps and minimizing the risk of errors in production. Combined with our in-house wire drawing and consistent control of diameter and resistance, you receive a wire optimized for high-volume series production.
