Our Understanding of Quality
Our quality is the result of clearly defined processes and a production cycle that we control entirely in-house. Every litz wire is manufactured according to traceable parameters, ensuring that properties and results remain reproducible – whether for small batches or high-volume series production.
We work with documented testing procedures, continuous process monitoring, and regular certifications. This transparency provides security for both development and procurement. Our current certificates are available for download at any time.
Compliance that minimizes your risk.
We take full responsibility for compliance with global environmental and chemical regulations. Whether REACH, RoHS, or TSCA – our seamless documentation secures your supply chain. You work with non-hazardous materials and meet all regulatory requirements proactively, saving you the time and resources required for independent regulatory research.
Proven quality you can build on.
Our ISO 9001 certification is more than just a seal – it is your guarantee for reproducible precision. For your production, this means minimal error rates, absolute batch traceability, and the certainty that every meter of litz wire corresponds exactly to your specifications. This is how you secure the efficiency of your own value chain.
Global market access without bureaucratic hurdles.
Our UL-listed products (E135341) are your key to the North American market. Since our components are already pre-certified, your own design-in process is significantly shortened. You save time and costs in the approval of your assemblies and can bring your innovations to the global market faster.
Safety standards that accelerate your approval
With our VDE-tested RUPALIT® Safety litz wires, you rely on certified safety according to the highest standards (such as IEC 62368). This directly benefits you: You significantly reduce the effort required to certify your end devices and gain valuable installation space in your transformers or power supplies thanks to the triple insulation.
Management & Future Orientation
The management of PACK LitzWire combines experience from three generations with a clear focus on future-oriented topics. We invest in research, modern manufacturing processes, and the continuous expansion of our expertise. Our leadership ensures that we use technological progress responsibly – in the best interests of our customers and their applications.
